Terms and Conditions
Sample template. This page describes what this software does with data and orders, as shipped. It is not legal advice: the store operator adapts it to their business and jurisdiction, and has it reviewed, before going live.
Accounts
You need an account to place an order. Email and password accounts must confirm their email address before they can sign in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Where a product shows a discount, the price you pay is the list price less that discount, rounded to the cent. Payment is taken by card on Stripe Checkout when you place the order.
Orders and stock
- Starting checkout holds the items for 30 minutes. If you don't pay in that time, the hold ends and the items go back on sale. Starting a new checkout closes your previous unpaid one.
- An order is confirmed once the payment is received. You can follow it under Your orders.
- One account can hold at most 10 units of a product, 30 units per order and 3 unpaid checkouts at a time.
Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Each request is reviewed; a refund is not automatic. Refunds the store approves are made to the card used for the order, through Stripe, and show on the order.
Shipping
The store delivers to addresses in the United States and Canada and charges no shipping fee. It sets its delivery times here before it starts selling.
