Your Orders lists your paid and refunded orders, newest first, with the date, total, status and products. You need to be signed in.
An order appears there once Stripe confirms the payment to the store.
Once Stripe has created the invoice for a paid order, the order links to it: view it on Stripe or download the PDF.
The Buy Again tab lists the products of your paid orders, in the size you bought; Gift cards lists the codes of the cards you bought; Refunded lists orders refunded in full or in part.
Products sold in sizes show the size on the order.
Removing an order from the list hides it there; the store keeps its record of the payment.
Account settings
Sign in with an email and password, Google or GitHub. Email accounts confirm their address first.
On Your Account, email accounts can change their password or email, and any account can be deleted. A password change signs out your other devices.
A session ends after 7 days without a visit.
The shared demo account on the sign-in page resets every hour.
Payments
You pay by card on Stripe Checkout, in Canadian dollars (CAD). Stripe collects your card details; the store never receives card numbers.
The price charged is the list price less the product's discount, rounded to the cent, as shown on the product page and in the cart.
Starting checkout holds the items for 30 minutes. If you don't pay in that time, the hold ends and the items go back on sale. Starting a new checkout closes your previous unpaid one.
One account can hold at most 10 units of a product, 30 units per order and 3 unpaid checkouts at a time.
Gift cards
Jonquil Gift Cards come in $25, $50, $100, $200, up to 10 per order, paid by card like any order.
Once the payment is confirmed, each card's code and balance appear on the order in Your Orders.
Enter a code under "Apply a gift card" in the cart. It pays for products, not for other gift cards; at least $0.50 of each order is paid by card. What is left stays on the card. Gift cards have no expiry date and no cash value.
A full refund of an order paid partly by gift card puts that amount back on the card. A refund of an order that bought gift cards voids those cards.
Shipping & delivery
No shipping fee is charged: the order total is the price of the products.
The store delivers to addresses in the United States and Canada. Checkout asks for the address.
Your Orders shows the address an order ships to.
A delivery estimate, where the store shows one, is a window worked out from its processing and transit days, not a promise. For a firm date, contact the store with your order number.
Returns & refunds
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Each request is reviewed; a refund is not automatic.
When the store approves a refund, it is made to the card used for the order, through Stripe. The order then shows as Refunded, or Partly refunded for part of the amount.
A full refund puts the order's items back on sale.
